VBS at the Lake Send your kids on a splash-tastic adventure! At Scuba VBS, kids dive into friendship with God! Scuba is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch! Hands-on science experiments, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. (Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.) Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life—something we call God Sightings®. Get ready to hear that phrase a lot! Your kids will also participate in a hands-on mission project, through a program called Operation Kid-to-Kid™, that will provide clean water for families in rural Honduras. So mark these dates on your calendar: August 11 – August 15, 2024. Boat Rentals at Lake Paradise Enjoy a day on the water with our convenient and affordable boat rentals! Whether you're looking for a peaceful solo paddle or a small group adventure, we’ve got the perfect option for you. Available Rentals: Single-Person Kayaks John Boats (2–4 people) Canoes (2–4 people) Rental Rates: $10 per hour $50 full-day rental Note: All rentals are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Age Requirements: Renters must be 18 or older to rent alone. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Security Deposit & Payment Info: A $35 refundable equipment deposit is charged to your card at the time of rental. You will be refunded based on the number of hours you use the equipment. Refund Breakdown (Based on Time Used): 1 hour – $25 refunded 2 hours – $15 refunded 3 hours – $5 refunded 4 hours – $0 refund (you owe $5) Full day (over 4 hours) – No refund; you owe the difference up to the full-day rate ($15 owed total) Refunds are processed promptly after return and inspection of the equipment.
